More than 548,000 businesses formed in the U.S. in June 2026 alone — up 17% year over year. On day one, none of them have a merchant account, a POS, or a payments relationship. We hand you the owner — name, mobile, and a validated email — the morning after the state posts the filing. Not months later, after someone else already called.
Filed today, on your dialer tomorrow
We pull every live state on the fastest cadence that state allows — every morning where they publish daily. In four of the six, a business that files today is in your file the next morning. Compiled databases typically refresh monthly.

A person, not a company record
One row is the new business and the person who can authorize a purchase — scored on whether we found the right human and whether you can reach them today.

Read that honestly. Roughly half of all new filings end up with a contact you can actually work. That is the real number. Anyone quoting you 90%+ on raw filings is quoting a file they already filtered, not what they can find. It varies by state — measured at volume it runs 53–63% of sellable records in Texas and Florida. Colorado and Virginia scored higher, on samples too small for us to promise. The 12% that drop at "sellable" are mail drops, formation suites, single-asset property LLCs and holding companies — you are never billed for those, or for any record we can't reach.
How fast is actually possible
A record can only be as fresh as the slower of two clocks: how often the state publishes, and how often we pull. We pull as fast as each state publishes. Here is where that lands, state by state — including the two the state itself slows down.
Next morningCO · FL · NY · CTThese states publish daily and we check every morning, so a filing posted today is in tomorrow's file.
Within the weekVAVirginia only publishes weekly. We check daily regardless, so you get each filing the morning it appears — but the state sets the floor, not us.
WeeklyTXTexas publishes its filings once a week, and we take that file the day it posts. That is the state's release schedule, not our cadence — and we would rather say so than average it away.
Every check re-reads a rolling window of recent days, so a filing a state posts late still reaches you instead of falling through the gap.
What's behind it
Plain version: the raw material is public, and anyone can buy it. What we built on top is the part that's hard.
15External data sources
State business-filing registries, federal geographic and property data, and licensed contact-verification services. These are the raw ingredients — the same aisle everyone shops in.
13Proprietary intelligence engines
Working out which name on a filing is the actual owner and which is just the filing agent. Classifying the business and the address it sits at. Three independent scores. And the judgment about which records deserve the expensive treatment and which get held back. This is the part you can't buy.
The count is enforced by our build system, not by marketing. A data source cannot enter the platform without being registered first, and our own tests fail the build if the number above ever drifts ahead of what is actually running. Every value we deliver carries its source, its license class, and the date we learned it — so when your compliance reviewer asks "where did this come from, and when?", every cell has an answer.
